The plan

Hmmm... Better keep this hard to read for Jose.

Morning Routine: 10 Minutes stretching daily. Need to get loose!
Eating: Drink much more water with meals. Stop over-indulging!
Workouts: Track your progress.

I figure that adding those changes will give me a shot and getting back where I was 2 years ago for the Tri. Continued experience with swimming & biking will even give me a shot at lowering those times too.

Ok, I'm taking ownership...

... of my training. I've been bumming it for the last 9 months. Haven't been tracking my workouts, and have plenty of excuses. It stops today. From here on out, I'm focused and going to stick with the plan (any plan!). I'll do my 2nd tri this year in Montreal this summer, and expect to be ready.
